These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of https://wadiyaai.com and any related websites, platforms, dashboards, or services operated by Wadiya AI Enterprises (“Wadiya”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) (collectively, the “Platform”) and the services made available on or through the Platform (“Service”). These Terms also include our Privacy Policy and any guidelines, additional terms, policies, or disclaimers made available or issued by us from time to time.
These Terms constitute a binding and enforceable legal agreement between Wadiya AI Enterprises and its affiliates and you, a user of the Services (“you” or “Customer”).
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you: (a) have full legal capacity and authority to agree to and bind yourself to these Terms; and (b) are at least eighteen (18) years of age. If you represent an entity, organisation, or any other legal person, you confirm and represent that you have the necessary power and authority to bind such entity, organisation, or legal person to these Terms.
By using the Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and are bound by these Terms, as amended from time to time, and that you will comply with the requirements listed herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Services.
1. SERVICE
(a) The Platform acts as a business automation and communication management system allowing registered users (“Customers”) to manage customer engagement, communication workflows, automation, chatbot interactions, lead management, and related operations through the Platform’s web application dashboard (“Dashboard”).
(b) The Platform may provide Customers access to front-end communication interfaces, campaign tools, messaging flows, chatbot features, integrations, analytics, CRM-connected workflows, and other business automation services.
(c) The Platform enables Customers to automate conversations, track engagement, manage operational workflows, respond to queries, route support tickets, build communication journeys, and streamline business communication through automation and AI-powered tools.
2. REGISTRATION
(a) Registration
(i) In order to access and use the Services, you may be required to register using an email address and password and furnish certain details (“Registered Profile”). It is your responsibility to ensure that the information you furnish is accurate, up to date, and kept confidential.
(ii) The username and email ID provided by the user at the time of signup should be true to the best of their knowledge, and the provided email ID should be operational.
(iii) The purpose of collecting email ID includes:
- informing the user in case of technical failure or service downtime
- notifying users about changes in service or policy
- maintaining official communication between the user and Wadiya AI Enterprises
- helping identify fraudulent or suspicious activity where permitted by law
(iv) In case of any changes in personal information, users may modify their details by logging in with their credentials and updating their profile.
(v) By signing up, you consent to Wadiya AI Enterprises sending SMS, RCS, voice, email, and WhatsApp communications for authentication, service-related, and promotional purposes, where permitted by applicable law. Users may opt out of promotional communications by following the unsubscribe instructions where available.
(vi) In order to use certain Services, you may be required to link and authorize the Platform to connect with third-party tools or services. You acknowledge that limiting such access may affect the Platform’s ability to provide the Services fully.
